Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase or order number is required
Items marked Final Sale, clearance items, gift cards, and intimate wear are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

- Our team will provide return instructions and approval
Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrectly shipped
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
